The skirt is gathered and very full with tiered layers of tulle underneath. CONDITION: Good condition overall. There are some scattered holes and small stains in the chiffon scarf portion. There are some holes in the top layer of chiffon on the skirt, a pull in the hem of the skirt. A small hole on the top right near the underarm. A bit of fade on the back of the chiffon. The velvet waist ribbon has some stains and the bow is a little bit crushed on one side. Priced as is but there is still lots of life in this beauty!
