This is a pretty, crisp white cotton Victorian petticoat. There is an eyelet zig zag pattern between a multi-pleat detail at the hem which falls down past the knees. The back has a drawstring to pull the waist in and adjust it to fit. The tie could be replaced as it has some wear. The cotton of this skirt is sturdy but light, and this would make a beautiful summer prairie skirt!

CONDITION: Overall excellent condition, some wear on the openings for the drawstring, the casing is slightly undone on one side, and the string is coming out of a section about 4" to the left of the centre back. Last image is a collage of the close ups of these areas.
