Vintage 1930s Floral Silk 2-Piece Dress & Jacket Set with Belt, Distressed
This is a 1930s dress and jacket set with belt. The fabric is a very pretty floral printed silk in brown and beige. The dress has flounced short sleeves and a large collar. The jacket has 3/4 length sleeves with cuffs and hangs open.
*Butterfly brooch not included.

CONDITION: As-Is very distressed condition. Clearly well worn and well loved. The silk has shattered in many areas. There is discolouration to the collar and cuffs. However, there are still large areas of fabric in good condition which could be salvaged. So, repurposing this set into a new garment is possible- a blouse would be ideal.
The customer for this listing is someone who is interested in salvaging the fabric or who is looking for a study piece to create a new historically accurate garment.

Our studio hours are Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm EST. Our studio is closed on the weekends and therefore staff are not available for shipping orders on the weekends.
All purchases are shipped through either Canada Post, USPS or Asendia via ChitChats. If you have a FEDEX account, we would be glad to use that if you prefer, please email your FEDEX number to us at iandrummondvintage@gmail.com after your purchase.
We make two weekly trips to the Chit Chats post office, usually on Monday and Friday afternoons. If you need your item shipped express, you may choose this option at checkout. If there are additional costs from what you are quoted at checkout, we will contact you before shipping and bill you via Paypal.
We use Chit Chats or Canada Post's/USPS' "Find a Rate" calculator to set our shipping profiles. Shipping upgrades are offered wherever possible. We will happily provide more exact shipping quotes and make adjustments with your address provided. We will combine orders upon request.
