A beautiful and classic red skirt set, vintage from the early 1950s. It's in a deep red (very popular in the period) with matching red buttons. The waist is slightly nipped so help create that hourglass figure that was becoming popular. Is has 4 scalloped pockets (the ones at the top are decorative) The set come with a matching skirt that pairs beautifully with the jacket or can also be worn with other pieces in your wardrobe.

MATERIAL: Wool

CONDITION: Excellent!  with a few flaws to note: 
- There is a hole on the back of the jacket near the right shoulder.
- There is some visible loose threads around the zipper on the skirt. 
- There is some staining/fading on the lining on the underarms
- There is also some small pulls/pinholes on the lining on the right side. 

MEASUREMENTS:
✂--- Allow for some ease.

Jacket
- Bust: 35" (has a bit more room at the front)
- Waist: 29"
- Length (measured from shoulder): 21.5"
- Sleeve Length: 21
- Shoulder: 14.5" (has more room due to shape of the shoulders)

Shipping Information

Our studio hours are Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm EST. Our studio is closed on the weekends and therefore staff are not available for shipping orders on the weekends.

All purchases are shipped through either Canada Post, USPS or Asendia via ChitChats. If you have a FEDEX account, we would be glad to use that if you prefer, please email your FEDEX number to us at iandrummondvintage@gmail.com after your purchase. 

We make two weekly trips to the Chit Chats post office, usually on Monday and Friday afternoons. If you need your item shipped express, you may choose this option at checkout. If there are additional costs from what you are quoted at checkout, we will contact you before shipping and bill you via Paypal.

We use Chit Chats or Canada Post's/USPS' "Find a Rate" calculator to set our shipping profiles. Shipping upgrades are offered wherever possible. We will happily provide more exact shipping quotes and make adjustments with your address provided. We will combine orders upon request.
