1970s floral print maxi dress with perfect little puffed sleeves that are gathered at the hem, and a fun frilled ruffle collar that has two ties. The waist is elasticized and the dress pulls on over the head. It falls to the ankle, and features a gathered ruffle hem. The dress is made from a stretchy polyester knit.
