This is a vintage 1980s Black velvet double-breasted blazer by Oscar De La Renta with front top-entry pockets and one faux breast pocket.

Condition:
Left sleeve: seam loose at armhole and sleeve seam. 0.5cm hole on back of sleeve, near shoulder.
Right sleeve is loose at the seam armpit area.
No other notable flaws that we could find.
Fabric: Silk velvet.
