Vintage 1950s Brown Beaded Sheath Dress & Bolero Jacket Set, B36"

This vintage 1950s dress and jacket set has a lovely and classic sheath silhouette. It features a wide square neckline embellished with silver-toned studs in a starburst design. There are two front pockets that pucker out the sides and are embellished with the same silver-toned beads and faux pearls. The bolero jacket has cuffed half sleeves and the same starbursts on the collar tips. The skirt has a wide front pleat down the centre and there is a matching belt.

COLOR: Brown, Black Stripes

MATERIAL: Feels like cotton and synthetic blend, metal, plastic pearls

CONDITION: Fair condition. There is discolouration throughout, you can see it is faded to a reddish colour in different areas - mostly on the skirt portion and jacket. The right pocket is missing one of the pearl and silver beads. The silver-toned beads are pressed into the fabric like studs and some of the silver colour has tarnished or rubbed off. The stitching in the right shoulder strap is coming undone.

Shipping Information

Our studio hours are Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm EST. Our studio is closed on the weekends and therefore staff are not available for shipping orders on the weekends.

All purchases are shipped through either Canada Post, USPS or Asendia via ChitChats. If you have a FEDEX account, we would be glad to use that if you prefer, please email your FEDEX number to us at iandrummondvintage@gmail.com after your purchase. 

We make two weekly trips to the Chit Chats post office, usually on Monday and Friday afternoons. If you need your item shipped express, you may choose this option at checkout. If there are additional costs from what you are quoted at checkout, we will contact you before shipping and bill you via Paypal.

We use Chit Chats or Canada Post's/USPS' "Find a Rate" calculator to set our shipping profiles. Shipping upgrades are offered wherever possible. We will happily provide more exact shipping quotes and make adjustments with your address provided. We will combine orders upon request.
