This is a stunning 1940s bridal headpiece, its quite intricate with little beads and flowers. It almost gives the illusion of being made of shells but it's not. Would be perfect for a whimsical bride. It sits on top of the head like a crown and has an elastic at the back. I would still secure it with bobby pins.
CONDITION: Excellent ! Minor general wear consistent with age but nothing note worthy (mostly a bit of dust) . The only flaw I see is a bit of thinning in 3 spots on the elastic band (see photos). The elastic is still stretchy and has plenty of life.
MEASUREMENTS: It's pretty flexible and can be moulded to fit any head, could also be pinned down if your head is smaller.

Our studio hours are Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm EST. Our studio is closed on the weekends and therefore staff are not available for shipping orders on the weekends.
All purchases are shipped through either Canada Post, USPS or Asendia via ChitChats. If you have a FEDEX account, we would be glad to use that if you prefer, please email your FEDEX number to us at iandrummondvintage@gmail.com after your purchase.
We make two weekly trips to the Chit Chats post office, usually on Monday and Friday afternoons. If you need your item shipped express, you may choose this option at checkout. If there are additional costs from what you are quoted at checkout, we will contact you before shipping and bill you via Paypal.
We use Chit Chats or Canada Post's/USPS' "Find a Rate" calculator to set our shipping profiles. Shipping upgrades are offered wherever possible. We will happily provide more exact shipping quotes and make adjustments with your address provided. We will combine orders upon request.
