Vintage 1940s Rayon Tie With Bird And Dog Design

A beautiful vintage 1940s tie in primary colours. It features a scene with a flying bird and a dog (a couple more birds in the background). This tie is a great way to add some colour to an outfit and the design is a great conversation starter. 

COLOUR: Red, Blue and Yellow. 

MATERIAL: Rayon

MEASUREMENTS: 
- Length: 49.5"
- Width (tongue): 4.5"
- Width (tail): 2.5" 

CONDITION: Very good with a few minor flaws:
- There is a bit of fading/discolouration on the middle crease (where you fold the tie in half)
- Loose strings on the back of both ends of the tie. 
- There are two pin holes on the back of the tail of the tie.

Shipping Information

Our studio hours are Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm EST. Our studio is closed on the weekends and therefore staff are not available for shipping orders on the weekends.

All purchases are shipped through either Canada Post, USPS or Asendia via ChitChats. If you have a FEDEX account, we would be glad to use that if you prefer, please email your FEDEX number to us at iandrummondvintage@gmail.com after your purchase. 

We make two weekly trips to the Chit Chats post office, usually on Monday and Friday afternoons. If you need your item shipped express, you may choose this option at checkout. If there are additional costs from what you are quoted at checkout, we will contact you before shipping and bill you via Paypal.

We use Chit Chats or Canada Post's/USPS' "Find a Rate" calculator to set our shipping profiles. Shipping upgrades are offered wherever possible. We will happily provide more exact shipping quotes and make adjustments with your address provided. We will combine orders upon request.
