Perfect for palely loitering around castles at twilight time....and other mysterious and romantic things of that nature! While it's still carefully wearable, it also makes a great pattern for sewing your own flapper dress costume!
This dress likely dates from the late 1920s/early 1930s, and is listed as distressed as there appears to have been some alteration. It is, however, still in quite good condition for its age. The bodice has a scoop neck and is sleeveless.

CONDITION: This garment is being sold as is, as a distressed item. It has been altered by a previous owner.
The bodice has one 3mm repaired hole, 7.5” down from neckline.
There are 3 holes at the armhole side seam. They are a few millimeters each.
It is likely that there would have been an attached overdress at one time.
There are some pulls in the sheer underskirt.
We could only find two small holes in the lace overskirt.
The hem has some visible repairs in the netting.
While the item is being sold "as is", it is still in quite good condition for its age, and could be "delicately wearable"!
The price reflects the condition.
