This is a just gorgeous 70s Gunne Sax classic wedding dress. It has a high-neck lace collar of tulle and embroidered voile and two pearl buttons to close at back of neck. The bodice also has embroidered tulle and pearl trim details. It has long tulle sleeves with a satin ribbon and lace trim running down the outside length. The cuffs/ lower part of the sleeves are narrower and feature the same trim as well as pearl buttons with loops. It sits at the natural waist, with a slightly basque V-shape dip. The full skirt is gathered and has three layers with a mesh petticoat underlayer, satin mid-layer and tulle outer layer. There is a lace trim above the hem of the top layer, which has a little pick-up on the left side. The hem itself is trimmed with a narrow delicate lace. There is a satin ribbon to tie at the back waist. Plastic centre-back zipper to close. Unlined.

CONDITION:
The main issue is damage to the outer tulle skirt, which has a number of holes on the front panel, above the lace trim to the left and one below the trim on the right. A repair suggestion is to find a similar lace trim in order to add another panel across this section or to incorporate more pick-ups.
The pickup piece on the skirt is detached from the underskirt.
Two holes on the back right shoulder.
A faint mark on the back near the shoulder.
A small area on the waist seam where the stitching is undone.
The ribbon tie pointed ends are slightly frayed and the ribbons have a couple of marks on the underside.
Button loop at top of back neck needs reinforcing.
